Job Description:

• Understand Business needs and propose design Ideas.
• Create Wireframes and Hifi Mockups. Conduct Heuristic Analysis.
• Creative, inquisitive, having a ton of initiatives, handle receiving and making critique
• Capable of focusing on design details, ascertaining user value and impacting as part of your software experience
• Create interactive mockups that describe a meaningful story about the user.
• Deliver, review and critique UX Designs of a multi-skilled design team to ensure effective and rich designs (great interaction,
• visual styling, consistent and appropriate use of voice and tone etc.)
• Provide information verbally and visually through low and mid-fidelity renderings & clickable prototypes
• Test and validate the working hypothesis with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, published products and also participate in design critique
• Work with Visual Designers and Developers to bring the concepts to life while maintaining UX best practices

Responsibilities:

• Work with a multi-domian UX Design team responsible for all aspects of UX and Usability for 3DExperience Apps.
• You work together with colleagues from all over the world on challenging projects for international business that is spread worldwide with multilingual applications.
• Possess experience solving complex design problems for Web interactions or software solutions.
• Translating the user research findings into complex interaction designs that provide usable, effective and efficient experiences to users
• Ensure development team is working towards the right user interaction goals for both new products and improvement of existing products.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 3 years
• Experience in creating wireframes and Hifi Mockups.
• Experience of writing the UI Specifications.
• Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools. Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator are necessary.
• Experience on popular tools like Proto.io, Invision, Axure, Notism, Solidify UXPin, Wireframes sketch etc.
• Experience of conducting user research and usability tests.
• Preferred Candidates with Degree in Design, User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Any Graduate or Bachelors of Engineering (Computer Science or others)
