• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation from top ranked engineering institution of India
• 50% & above marks in Academics all over (10th /12th /Graduation)
• Knowledge in Maintenance of pumps , heat exchangers , Motors ; Measurement techniques & calibration.
• Basic engineering such as Alignment , Vibration measurement , P&ID , Preparation of BOM ,Cost

• Adherence to laid down system and process to Safety, Environment and Quality
• Preparation of Budget for own work area
• Adherence to Annual Maintenance Contract, Preventive & predictive maintenance Schedule, Statutory Schedule, Calibration Schedule
• Shutdown Planning
• Management of Spares
• Development of New vendors
• Adherence to Purchase process
• Development of solution for energy saving , Improvement of Productivity , reduce fatigue etc
• Planning and execution of Projects in time
