Job Description:

• Installing and configuring client computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners network router and switches, MPLS and ILL WAN link, RF & VSAT connectivity, local area network setup, UPS, VC setup, Projector, SIM card allocation and co-ordinate with ISP for data and voice related issues at Project site.
• Installation of network switches and router in RACK, network cable connectivity, RJ45 crimping and co-ordinate with vendor for passive network component (data cable laying, I/O mounting, Cable tagging etc) setup in porta cabine or control room. Installation and troubleshooting of Windows 10, 0365, AutoCAD, security tools such as DLP, Cloud proxy, Antivirus, VC, Multimedia and network devices.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Co-ordinate with project team for Shifting of existing IT Network, MPLS Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access syst Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client. Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
